Sorry it is

This is the only way we can keep track of products. On many products

can get a bit of a look inside and a better idea for the material.

product really fits your needs is to order it. and if it is not to your
satisfaction simply return it within 30 days of receiving the item and we
will refund all minus the shipping cost.
And it doesn't matter if you
order by credit card, by mailing in a check or by purchase order. If
we receive payment from you and you return an item you will either receive
a check from us if you paid by check or if you used a credit card you will
be re-credited on your credit card. Most all items come
with a 30 day money back guarantee so long as they are in re-sellable
condition.
We believe in good business practices so if your not absolutely please
with your products we will happily refund you minus shipping cost, just be

Ordering Process and Purchase Orders
We will accept
purchase orders
from
established United States public schools, universities, counseling
centers, workforce agencies, government agencies, non-profit
organizations, charities, churches and private schools
If you are using a credit card simply add items to your shopping cart, as
you would on any other on-line store and check out using the secure
checkout button. You will be emailed a copy of your invoice and one
will also arrive when your products arrive. When ordering with
credit card your order is processed as soon as we receive it.
For creating purchase orders or mailing in your check with
an invoice please follow the process below.
To help you get the proper product codes, product titles and shipping cost
please first create an invoice on-line. How you do this is the same way
you would if you were ordering by credit card. You simply add all
items that you want to your shopping cart then go through the checkout
process, but instead of selecting pay by credit card you would instead
choose the mail in option and then complete the ordering process. By
choosing the mail in option when we get your order it will show us that it
is a mail in order and we will DO NOTHING WITH IT, until we either receive
a check in the mail from your organization or we receive a signed
purchased order via fax or regular mail. Our vendor information is
listed below and it is also on any invoice created from our on-line

If trying to create an invoice on line so you can create a purchase based
on the information on it, it is important to complete the ordering process
so you will receive the invoice to create the purchase order from.
And also this gives us a copy too. But most importantly it is the
only way you will receive an emailed invoice you can create the purchased
order from. So be sure to complete the ordering process. As said we will DO
NOTHING with your mail in order option until we receive a check in mail
with your invoice or a Signed purchase order via fax or mailed from your
purchasing agent. Or if you would rather you can print off our order
form and create a purchase order from that.

checking out. If you would like to pay using a purchase order or
sending in a check with your invoice choose the MAIL IN OPTION...And if we

your invoice with in 5 months we simply delete that invoice.

TAXES on Products:
Please note their is no TAX calculated on our online system due to the
fact that most all public institutions and non-profit organizations are tax exempt,
and that is who we
mainly sell our items to. However, if you are purchasing from our
site and in the state of Texas, and you are not a tax exempt entity please add 8.25% to the total.
If your school requires W-9's or TAX ID information please have them fax
this request using the school letter head and fax it to 830-608-0417.
We ask you to fax this request for security reasons and will not give this
information out over the telephone. So fax your W-9 request made
attention to accounting, and once we receive it we will fax back the tax
information you have requested immediately. Please also provide a return telephone
number and who we should contact if necessary.
International
orders from all entities outside the USA:
Sorry we can not accept PO's or checks from outside the USA. Please
use a credit card when ordering. See below on international
ordering. Read more below.
We are very sorry that we can not accept purchase orders or checks
from outside of the USA. For
international orders you must use a credit card (This also includes
Canada. We accept all major credit cards).
This is due to shipping cost, duty or tariff fees, international shipping
procedures and international currency change rate fees which our shopping
cart system cannot process accurately. Your items will be charged
for exact shipping cost and a 3.00 shipping and handling fee. If you

We most always ship international orders so you will receive them within 7
to 20 business days depending on your location. We choose Air mail
so you receive your products in a balance between cost and time. If
you need your order faster then this you will need to email us and let us

Special Note on those using Grant Funds. You may create an
invoice like the instructions above on how to create an invoice for
your purchase order. However, before sending your purchase order you
must verify with your purchasing department that the grant funds are
available to pay the invoice in All purchase orders are due on 30 day net.
If grant funds are not already in your account you must wait to send your
purchase order when they are so we can receive payment in 15 days of order
being received. Of course you can always give us a call to help you
create your invoice at 830-625-9515
Career Products
are shipped by UPS. Shipment takes between 7 and 14 business days
depending on your location. Most items like assessments and many
DVD's (videos) are shipped out the next day so shipping times maybe less then
listed above.
If you need faster shipping service then you must order using your credit
card.
Please note Alaska and Hawaii your shipping
cost will be more than what is reflected on your invoice, so you must use your
credit card when ordering as at this time our shopping cart can only calculate
for ground shipping. And we can only ship air mail to these states,.
If you require faster shipping times you will need to place your order with a credit card as our on-line shopping
cart system cannot calculate for overnight, 2nd day Air or 3rd day
shipping. So expect even if you order on-line with a credit
card but give us a note to ship it overnight, the shipping cost will be
higher than what is reflected on your invoice, as it only calculates for
ground shipping. However, we will show this on the invoice you
receive with your products.
Although you can leave a note in the note
box on your customer account for faster shipping,
please do call us if you want your item shipped faster, this way you can be sure
that we did get your message and know exactly what you desire. 830-625-9515.
We serve hundreds of universities and many educational institutions each month
so we stay rather busy.
The only exception to how we may ship items is for Military APO and FPO,
which we will ship by the US postal Service.
Otherwise a physical address is required. We can not ship to P.O.
Boxes. Longer shipping times can be expected for orders being shipped
outside the USA. For more information on international shipping look under
section labeled international ordering.
How to calculate
Shipping Cost:
For order between 0 to 100.00 the total shipping cost is 12.95.
For orders between 100.00 to 500.00 is 9%. For order between 501.00
and 1,000.00 times the total by 8%. For orders between
1,000.00 to 2,000.00 times the total by 6%. For order between
3,000.00 to 4,000.00 times the total by 4%. For orders between
5,000.00 – 7,000.00 and above times the total by 3%. For
orders between 7,000.00 – 10,000.00 and above times the total by 1%.
If shipping seems too high call us this sometimes happens with very large
orders, 830-625-9515. If order is higher then 10,000.00 call
for shipping price.
