 SHIPPING CALCULATIONS - How to calculate Shipping Cost:  For order between 0 to 100.00 the total shipping cost is 12.95.   For orders between 100.00 to 200.00 is 10%.  For orders between 201.00 and 300.00 is 9%.  For orders between 301.00 and 400.00 is 8%.  For orders between 401.00 and 500.00 is 7%.  For orders between 501.00 and 701.00 is 6.5%.  For order between 701.00 and 900.00 is 6%.  For or orders between 901.00 and 1,500.00 is 5%.  For order 1,501.00 and 3000.00 is 4%.  For Orders between 3,001.00 and ,5,000.00 is 3%.  For higher amounts call us for shipping quote.
